In order to enroll in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training, candidates must have completed their Green Belt training (LSSE will accept Green Belt training from other reputable organizations). Also, candidates can sign-up for both Green Belt and Black Belt at the same time if they are enrolling with LSSE.

What is Fast Track Lean Six Sigma Courses and How They Are Different From Typical Courses?

Fast Track courses are streamlined version of the same traditional Black Belt certification classes. Fast Track is condensed and streamlined to meet the needs of the attendees. LSSE innovated this new teaching approach to transfer knowledge in a short time frame using the combination of class room, case studies and follow-up mentoring.  All students will be assigned a LSSE Master Black Belt to personally mentor them when they have the opportunity to do the project.

The typical, traditional 4 week Black Belt class is best suited for candidates who have a project supported by the company. Most attendees today want to learn the tools, but don’t have the option to do the project right away. Or they are in between jobs and would like to improve their marketability. Fast Track courses will provide options to obtain respective certification following the completion of the project. Also, LSSE as part of this program, will provide complimentary project mentoring to help the candidate to complete their projects on their time frame.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Requirements

Must be Green Belt certified
Complete the Black Belt class room training
Successfully complete the Case Study Project at the end of the training class
Complete one project at your field work using the principles. LSSE’s MBB will mentor the students when they decide to do the project
