One of our medical equipment repair business clients faced an on-time delivery challenge due to a high volume of orders.
✅ As a result of the implementation, the client delivered products before the due date, reducing 80% lead time, improving 84% of the number of work-in-process units, increasing 24% of production productivity, and especially resolving more than 15 safety issues.
✅ Because of the client’s supportive upper-level management team, we ended up facilitating more than 8 Kaizen events in different departments and increasing overall productivity and efficiency in its operations.
