Tom Moore works with leaders and teams at all levels of an organization to find the synergies between outstanding leadership, organizational design, continuous improvement, and enterprise excellence.

Tom has led small and large-scale leadership development and organizational development projects from conception to implementation in a wide range of industries; manufacturing, retail, medical, and government. The combination of his business acumen, boots-on-the-ground experience, and academic achievements gives Tom a unique skill set that he readily shares with his clients. In addition, his highly collaborative approach to working with leaders and stakeholders enables them to find the best and sustainable solutions to an organization’s challenges.

Tom is comfortable working with C-level executives, their teams and staff, senior leaders, mid-management, and front-line leaders. He recognizes that leaders and organizations have different developmental needs depending on a leader’s role in an organization and organizational goals. Hence, he steers clear of the one-size-fits-all approach to development and training. As an organizational development professional, Tom’s focus is on collaboratively creating sustainable solutions that align with the organization’s values and goals. As a leadership coach, Tom is experienced in coaching at all levels within an organization and wholly dedicated to the client’s success. Finally, as a trainer, Tom is an expert in adult learning and is an engaging instructor who helps students connect the information in the head with information in the world via lively learning activities and great dialogue.
